February 4, 2008 — meafordhamThe Communications and Media Management concentration, one of the first of its kind in a business school, is designed for students pursuing management careers in broadcasting, public relations, newspaper or magazine publishing, and new media. It also provides the financial and marketing expertise needed to attain top management positions in the communications industry.
The MBA in Communications and Media Management consists of 60 credits; additional prerequisites of up to nine credits in economics and quantitative methods may be required. Please refer to the MBA Concentrations main page for prerequisites, core courses, and other requirements for the program.

- Or special topics courses, CM7599, which may cover such topics as the broadband revolution, economics of media industries, regulation of electronic media, managing across media and global/international communications.
